coffaina makes awake! Really awake! You can mix the powder with a fruit juice or enjoc coffaina as a very tasty cola. coffaina contains the absolute legal limit of caffeine. Much more than regular colas or energy drinks. The coffaina bags contain 120mg of caffeine. A coffaina cola (250ml) contains 80mg of caffeine. More would be illegal.

Hakan is the inventor of coffaina and he lives in Berlin Kreuzberg. Some years ago and after being frustrated about the gummy bear taste of energy drinks he started to mix his own energy drinks with fruit juices and caffeine powder. This tastes great and really wakes you up! He found a laboratory which filled the coffaina powder in little bags and he sold it in Kiosks and little shops in Berlin Kreuzberg. A huge media response followed. National and regional press (Focus, B.Z., Bild, taz, Berliner Morgenpost) reported about the coffaina bags and about experts, who warned from too much caffeine, and about governmental agencies who wanted to find out if there is no illegal substance in coffaina. Two years later Hakan produced the first coffaina cola in a half liter bottle, with the maximum amount of caffeine: 32mg per 100ml, – three times more than a regular cola. Finally! The fanbase in Berlin Kreuzberg rapidly grew and it was a big success. Unfortunately the German returnable system it a huge investment for small producers. Hakan was looking for a new business model and new partners. He asked Joachim and Laurent, who were selling his cola in Switzerland, if they want to produce and re-launch the new cola. Of cause they wanted! And here it is: the new coffaina cola in the round 250ml glass bottle with DPG one-way deposit. From now on the Berliner nights will be even longer... #bleibwach («stayawake»)
